There’s no need to pre-book general admission tickets. Simply arrive at Level 2 to enter the museum between 9:30am and 3pm (doors close at 4pm). 


Insects living amongst foliage can be collected with a beating sheet. This is a square of white cloth held flat by rigid struts. The sheet is held under dense foliage which is struck with a stick to dislodge the insects. This method is especially good for beetles and sucking bugs.
