At Queensland Museum Network, we value and appreciate feedback to help us improve our business. Complaints may be made using any of the methods outlined below, however customers are encouraged to submit their complaint online.

You can also talk directly to our Front of House supervisors and managers or our Operations Managers at every campus.

Please contact us during business hours and advise that you wish to make a complaint.
