Biographical Info: 

Joanne is the Senior Fossil Preparator for the Geosciences Section of the Queensland Museum and manages a laboratory at the Hendra Campus.

She joined the museum in 1989 after working at the University of Qld Geology Department, the QUT Geology Department and managing the Palynology Laboratory for CSR Petroleum. Joanne currently supervises a wonderful group of volunteers who help with preparation of the vast number of fossils in the collection awaiting research.
