Identification
Full size - palm of hand; leg diameter - pin. Long slender brown abdomen sometimes with V-shaped markings; long brown legs (first and second often held as one); very large pair of front eyes.
Habitat
Cool dark areas - garden, shrubs, low trees. Found among dead twigs and tangles of branches. Most prevalent summer. Australia-wide.
