Identification
Full size - 20 cent piece; leg diameter - pin. Black and white body huddled on a leaf looks like bird dung.

Habitat
Garden. Most common summer. Eastern Australia.

Web
Single line with drop of special silk spun to attract and stick to moths. Characteristic line of marbled brown egg sacs hung vertically.

Bite
None recorded.

Notes
Spotted on leaves during day. Add web type, single thread or none
