Description:
- Back is light to dark grey or brown; sometimes scattered with dark splotches
- Sides, upper arm, groin, back of thigh and edge of hind foot with orange, red or yellow patches
- Belly white or yellow
- Obvious gland (swelling) on hind leg
- Female 80 mm; male 75 mm
- Mistaken for Cane Toads
Habitat and range:
Alluvial and sandy soils of forests, woodlands and disturbed urban fringes (build burrows)
Eastern Qld to northern NSW
