Tracy Ryan

Tracy Ryan joined the Museum as Curator, Queensland Stories, in 2011. With a background in community history, Tracy’s key interest is in assisting Queenslanders to contribute to the political, historical and social story of the State via the Museum’s Social History collection. Tracy’s research interests focus on the role of community groups and organisations in shaping our current political and social climate. She is currently looking at the community’s responses to World War 1 and how this is reflected within the Museum’s social history collections. She will soon turn her attention to the many and varied protest movements that have shaped Queensland.
