In addition, here are more things you can expect on the night:

- Discovery Centre pop-up - Can you identify our distant and not so distant relatives from their replica primate skull in our 'Primate lineup'?

- Geckoes Wildlife show

- Roving entertainment

- Meet a Queensland Museum expert and talk all things taxidermy! View real-life specimens and learn about the taxidermy process with demonstrations

- Talk by Human Evolution expert, Tanya Smith - While humans' place in the natural world is unique in many respects, our primate kin have much to teach us about our evolutionary history. Dr Smith has studied wild monkeys in Central America, chimpanzees in Africa, and lemurs in Madagascar. Her research has helped to identify the origins of a fundamental human adaptation.
