National Science Week

National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of science and technology. Running each year in August, it aims to promote science and highlight the importance of science in our everyday lives.

Queensland Museum & Sciencentre celebrates National Science Week with a range of fascinating events, activities, talks and performances.

  • After Dark: Radical Wine and Chocolate – After two sell-out years, Radical Wine & Chocolate is back to reveal the science behind the feel-good foods we love.  This delicious event will launch the Queensland celebrations of National Science Week 2013.
