The Last Days of Burke and Wills

John King returned to Melbourne on 25 November 1861 as the sole survivor of the Victorian Exploring Expedition, later to pass into Australian folklore as the Burke and Wills expedition.

Recent archaeological fieldwork recovered a number of artefacts from a remote Queensland site. Is this evidence from the last days of Burke and Wills? Hear more about the expedition and what was uncovered.
