Valuing the Queensland Museum - an Australian-first study
In 2008, we set out to find a new way to value arts and culture in Queensland.
The resulting Australian-first study recognised that audience numbers and visitor profiles don't present the full picture of how culture enriches our communities.
The results of the ground-breaking study into the value of cultural institutions using a contingent valuation methodology were released in late 2009.
