We endeavour to reply in 20 working days. If you would like to know the status of your complaint, please email the Queensland Museum Network Directorate.

To help us with your correspondence, please include the following details:

  • What the complaint, compliment or feedback relates to
  • Whether the complain, compliment or feedback has been previously raised
  • The outcome you are seeking
